Senior Account Executive – Marketing & Social Media

Reports to: Account Director

Sensis is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Marketing & Social Media with up to three years of agency experience to support our DC Account Services team. The Senior Account Executive will work in close partnership with clients, leading the day-to-day development and execution of our fully integrated marketing and social media solutions.

We are a rapidly growing full-service advertising agency that needs an experienced Senior Account Executive to play a key role in managing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with both client and internal teams to provide strategic communication, best practices, and planning.
  • Manage projects, timelines, and resources for assigned accounts.
  • Work closely with all agency departments and partner agencies including creative, production, strategy and media teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects (e.g., social media campaigns).
  • Provide accurate and timely status reports, conference reports and other documents to the client as needed.
  • Support and collaborate with senior members of the Account team on tactical and strategic aspects of the account.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • 4-6 years of related experience in managing accounts, as well as running, creating, and analyzing social media and marketing campaigns
  • Excellent organizational skills and strategic thinker 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • Digital enthusiast able to use project and social media management tools
  • Strong writer with in-depth knowledge of trends and content strategy
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Consider adding: Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to both internal and external audiences
