**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year

**Job Description:**

As a Senior Management Advisor, Executive Support, you will be responsible for developing and updating the CA office mission statement, statement of goals and objectives, and supporting organizational design and position descriptions. You will also assist in developing office management processes and controls, coordinate the program roles and responsibilities of CA and its partner policy office, and brief officials within the State Department, US intelligence community, Congressional Members and staff, Government Accounting Office, Office of Management and Budget, and other US officials and participant nation officials.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Two years as a Senior Management Advisor, Executive Support or equivalent experience.
  • MUST be a US citizen and possess or be able to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance.
  • A Master's degree is required.
