Job Title Quality Assurance Engineering Lead TITLE: Quality Assurance Engineering Lead EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management) DUTIES: Responsible for test planning, management and delivery of all Quality Assurance (QA) activities including quality planning, E2E Test Execution (Web), API testing, UAT testing with client and post implementation support for Acquiring solutions. Review requirements, raise queries, and provide high-level QA estimates and approximate timelines based on the delivery dates. Develop E2E test plans and cases in Cucumber format and prepare execution plans. Perform Authorization, Clearing and Settlement certifications with card brands including, Visa, Amex, and Discover for new engagements. Document all dependencies and work with clients to secure required inputs for testing. Review resolutions provided for defects, re-test the functionality, and report the sign-off on testing. Communicate with clients, business, development, and senior management on the progress of the Release Period project goals, objectives, and testing efforts. Provide detailed testing reports mentioning the completion progress, execution and defect metrics, blockers, risks and mitigation plan and a clear plan for the upcoming period. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving application testing experience within the Payment Cards industry. Prior experience must include: 4 years conducting functional, performance, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability and portability testing; 4 years designing and preparing test data; 4 years setting up test environments; 4 years working with end-to-end flow of credit card transactions including authorization, clearing and settlement; Working with Agile methodologies and software testing tools including JIRA and Postman; Testing mobile applications, microservices, and distributed systems; and Conducting full-cycle certification testing with card brands, including authorizations, clearing & settlement, and chargebacks.
