Job Overview

JellTech Consulting is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in the aerospace sector.

Compensation: $25-28/HR

Reporting Structure:

Reports to: Quality Assurance Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final evaluations of outsourced units

• Execute Return-to-Service procedures for outsourced units

• Identify and rectify quality-related challenges

• Carry out internal audits as per the established Internal Audit Program

• Perform external audits on vendors as assigned

• Assist warehouse personnel in confirming customer and supplier documentation upon receipt of components

• Serve as a liaison between the quality division and the component repair team as necessary

• Actively engage in the upkeep of the Quality Management System documentation related to outsourced units

• Maintain company records as mandated by quality and export compliance regulations under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Director.

• Undertake any additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Quality Assurance Director.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of pertinent inspection and/or quality assurance experience, ideally in Aviation Maintenance or Repair Station operations

• Strong communication abilities

Training Requirements:

• Initial training as specified in the Training Manual

• Annual/Recurrent training as documented in the Training Log, S3RS-FM-100

• Pentagon Basics

• Export & ITAR compliance

• ESD Handling

• Human Factors

• Fundamentals of Return to Service
