Grants Management SME

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Grants Lifecycle Management:**

   - Oversee the complete lifecycle of grants from application to closeout using the Intelligrants.

   - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines. 

2. **Platform Expertise:**

   - Utilize deep knowledge of the Agate Intelligrants to manage grants efficiently.

   - Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on the effective use of both platforms. 

3. **Technical Support:**

   - Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to the Agate Intelligrants.

   - Collaborate with the IT team to resolve platform-related issues and implement improvements. 

4. **Compliance and Reporting:**

   - Ensure all grants are managed in compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.

   - Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to funders, management, and other stakeholders. 

5. **Process Improvement:**

   - Identify opportunities to streamline and improve grants management processes.

   - Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

6. **Stakeholder Engagement:**

   - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert guidance on grants management.

   - Foster strong relationships with donors, partners, and beneficiaries. 

7. **Documentation and Training:**

   - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to grants management processes and Agate Intelligrants.

   - Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff and stakeholders on grants management best practices and platform usage.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**

1. **Education:**

   - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

2. **Experience:**

   - Minimum of [X] years of experience in grants management, with a significant portion using the Agate Intelligrants.

   - Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of grants.

3. **Skills and Competencies:**

   - Deep expertise in Agate Intelligrants.

   - Strong understanding of grants management best practices and regulatory requirements.

   - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

   - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

   - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

   - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

4. **Certifications:**

- Relevant certifications in grants management or related areas are a plus.
