We also have a handful of other retail entities in the markets where the fit is right: Little Dukes, Ace Hardware, Country Floral Gifts & Greenhouse, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Bros Coffee, and Erbert and Gerbert's. Overview Travel Requirements: 80% of the time. A company vehicle and equipment will be provided. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be our traveling IT expert You will travel to our Coborn's locations to provide support, train, and educate our Store Directors and staff on various IT topics. You will use your knowledge and skills to complete installs, troubleshoot equipment, identify and analyze issues, and repair equipment as needed. Knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) technology or the ability to learn, will be an important aspect of this job. In this internal guest-focused IT position, you will gain experience from our team of IT experts while building relationships within our business. If you have a knack for technology and enjoy supporting guests, this will be a fun care for you Additional duties include. Provide first-level technology support and training for internal guests on electronic hardware and software both during the day and after hours. Work with internal guests and other IT staff and vendors to implement quality solutions in areas of expertise. Analyze guest requests for support or new technology and identify potential solutions. Log contact and incident resolution activity. Assist IT Business Analyst with questions in their respective areas of expertise. Perform other duties within the IT Department or other areas as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Observe and enforce all company policies, rules, and safety practices.
