LV Collective is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Coordinator to join our Hospitality Team. You'll be working closely with the Director of Hospitality to bring our bold and creative event concepts to life, collaborating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure every event hits the mark. From intimate gatherings to large-scale productions, you'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate events for LV Hospitality concepts, including Victory Lap and Tiger Lilly.
  • Concept Development: Work with the Director of Hospitality to brainstorm innovative event themes, formats, and experiences.
  • Client Management: Communicate with clients to understand their vision and ensure we exceed their expectations.
  • Vendor Coordination: Build and manage strong relationships with venues, caterers, entertainers, and decor specialists.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee all event logistics, including scheduling, set-up, breakdown, and troubleshooting.
  • Budgeting: Develop event budgets and ensure projects stay within financial guidelines.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and drive attendance.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback from clients and guests to improve future events and track performance.
Other:
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Ability to work late or on weekends may be required.
Requirements

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination (at least 2-3 years).
Business Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.

  • You have experience managing events for hospitality or lifestyle brands.
