Event Partnerships Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Partnerships Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, Austin, or remotely. This position will be responsible for coordinating unique consumer experiences and partnerships at major events.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking. The position reports to an Account Director and offers significant room for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management and Marketing Materials
• Maintain accurate records of event partnerships, logistics, and guest information.
• Draft content and upload it to clients' websites with experience and event details.
• Update databases with event results and create performance reports.
Research and Analysis
• Conduct research on industry trends and potential new event partner opportunities.
• Assist senior management in brainstorming event ideas and talent partnerships.
Administrative Support
• Handle general office tasks such as scheduling calls, shipping, and managing day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in events, marketing, PR, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
- A passion for entertainment and pop culture.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary:$55k - $70k per annum, depending on experience, with comprehensive health benefits.
