Job Description
Sales Coordinator works directly with the sales team to ensure the execution of item set up and asset delivery to retailers/customers, as well as sales data worksheets as requested. The main goal is meeting deadlines and accuracy of information communicated internally and externally.

Sales Coordinator works with internal stakeholders to ensure communication and processes are working effectively. Works directly with multiple departments: Sales Team (Digital/Retail), Order Management to ensure correct item numbers are shipping, and Brand Strategy/Marketing Teams that item set up and asset information is correct/meets customer's guidelines. Shares best practices and works with internal teams to outline, document, and improve processes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

As a Sales Coordinator your job duties will include, but not be limited to:

Item and Asset Set Up
  • Establishes as an administrator of Bandai Namco to the retailers/partners and is responsible for maintaining the interface websites and systems.
  • Uses internal tools and applications to set up items and assets in retailer systems/websites while meeting deadlines for delivery.
  • Fills out, ensures accuracy, and communicates any manual set item and asset set up forms required.
  • Maintains outside applications to support item and asset set up and ongoing maintenance.
  • Works with 3rd party set up companies if needed to ensure they have accurate item and asset set up information.
  • Proficiency with Excel is necessary.
Development of Retailer/Customer Selling Tools
  • Works closely with Sales Director/Managers to develop retailer selling tools and decks.
  • Provide sales team with support data and worksheets as requested.
  • Aids in design of selling tools in MS applications.
  • Works with Brand Strategy to ensure product information and assets are updated and accurate.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central preferred.
Process Deliver, Ownership and Training
  • Ensure the processing of receiving and communicating item set and asset delivery is accurate and efficient.
  • Work with Brand Strategy to ensure process implementation and suggest improvements.
  • Communicate with Order Management to confirm accuracy of items shipping to retailers and customers.
  • Aid with training for Sales Team members on process, tools, and applications.
Inventory Management
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Management team to update inventory / transfers.
  • Review weekly POs and initiate inventory transfers based on unaccepted items.
  • Investigate incoming inventory; move forward or push back Amazon release dates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred from four-year college or university or equivalent in any related field.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in supporting a sales organization or a retailer merchant team in sales support in a fast pace, high volume, owner operator environment.
  • Must have experience working cross functionally with the ability to problem solve and resolve customer and internal issues.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and outside applications.
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Window-based PC and business applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Adobe programs, etc.
  • Must have strong research, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail. Accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and excel with minimal supervision.
