We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant or Coordinator to provide essential clerical and administrative support to our HR team. This role will help maintain organization and efficiency by managing files, tracking recruiting activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
* Organize and update digital and physical filing systems.
* Develop and manage file folders for new hires, terminations, and active employees.
* Maintain a recruiting status spreadsheet, tracking candidate progress, interview dates, testing completion, and hiring decisions.
* Follow up with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters to ensure smooth communication.
* Coordinate interview schedules and testing logistics.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
* Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
