Qualifications

  1. Comply with all Administrative, Clinical, and Human Resources policies and procedures.
  1. Communicates with sensitivity to growth, development, and cultural issues.
  2. . Prepares required documents for management to conduct the performance reviews of employees.
  3. Will conduct research for management.
  4. Assist the Director of Human Resources in the following activities:
    1. Verification of previous employment and personal references as well as criminal history.
    2. Coordination to the New Employee Orientation program.
    3. Maintains compliance with hospital mandatory training policy. Will maintain regular and expected attendance.
    4. 11. Maintains applicant flow database.
    5. Will verify criminal background and previous employment references prior to offer
    1. Will respond to Applicant calls and email requests for status
    2. Will verify licensing when applicable.
  1. Assists with the New Hire Employee Orientation.
    1. Will schedule and coordinate the Orientation program by contacting new employees, trainers/presenters, making sure there are enough copies of mandatory tests and the mandatory training manuals are current.
    2. Updates the HR training reports and employee files.
    3. Will notify all regulatory agencies of new employees and their status.
    4. Will assist in organization and development of new employee files.
  2. Backup to human resource information system and may assist with development/providing reports relating to personnel activity, benefits and training.
  3. Maintain assigned contracts in accordance with JCAHO and licensing standards.
  4. Maintain professional demeanor in dress, attitude, and support of culture.
  5. Other duties as assigned.
