Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for remediating vulnerabilities
  • Maintain server health and server support
  • Support BI-related projects by assisting with the implementation of new tools and technologies
  • Assist users with BI tool functionalities, report generation, and data interpretation
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to help users understand and utilize BI tools effectively
  • Support BI-related projects by assisting with the implementation of new tools and technologies
  • Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment activities as needed
  • Provide input on best practices and improvements to enhance BI systems and processes
