Business Intelligence Manager

Vital Care Infusion Services is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to collaborate with business partners, gain an in-depth understanding of critical business data needs and translate those needs into meaningful tools & dashboards. The expectation is that this position evolves with business needs potentially to a people-leader role.

Core Requirements:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive business intelligence strategies to support data-driven decision-making
  • Utilizing Power BI, overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and other BI tools
  • Collaborating with various departments to identify their data analysis needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Conducting regular audits of BI tools and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Leading the interpretation of data analysis results and presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders
  • Establishing governance and best practices around data handling, quality, and security
  • Facilitating cross-functional projects and initiatives that rely on data insights for success.
  • Championing a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of BI insights in everyday business processes
Other Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience with BI tools to build meaningful dashboards, write DAX expressions, and implement security.
  • Heavy Power Bi experience required.
  • Experience in data management, SQL querying, and data modeling.
  • Healthcare, specifically Revenue Cycle and/or Payer pricing, experience preferred.
  • Relationship-Building Skills - build trust and ability to lead tasks or projects, often across multiple areas.
  • Self-Managing - be initiative-taking and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work with ambiguous data/situations - grasp the uncertainty and navigate it appropriately to arrive at an actionable outcome.
  • Ability to lead projects with the interest/capabilities to evolve to team leadership as business needs evolve.
