  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable reporting solutions that meet business needs.

  • Data Modeling and Visualization: Build, maintain, and optimize data models and BI visualization.
  • Incident Resolution: Resolve complex incidents, monitor solutions, and establish standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Maintain and drive partnerships with key IT partners in support of data warehousing initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, management systems, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, with both professional and management capabilities demonstrated.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL framework.
  • Microsoft BI Stack: 5+ years' experience with the Microsoft BI Stack (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) to deliver advanced BI and data solutions.
  • Project Management: Project management experience.
  • Business Acumen: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical terms.
  • Problem-Solving: Possess the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master Data Management: Experience in Master Data Management techniques and business-driven Data Governance practices.
  • Application Development: Application development knowledge of C#, JavaScript, AJAX, CCS, MVC, HTML, XML, JQuery, Angular, Bootstrap.
  • Multidimensional Data Modeling: Experience in multidimensional data modeling.
  • Influence and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
  • Security Model: Experience in designing and delivering a security model.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and drive to delivery.
