Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Intelligence Specialist:
- Develop and schedule Extract Transform Load (ETL) solutions, recognizing dependencies and pre/post-processing tasks for data administration using SSMS, SSIS.
- Understand pertinent data models and business processes to fulfill user requests for maintenance, support, and enhancements.
- Build, update, and monitor the data warehouse and business systems performances, maintaining data integrity.
- Research and troubleshoot reported problems, validate data results, and ensure logic requirements are met.
- Design and develop Tableau & PowerBI report visualization including complex dashboard design through MDX queries.

Required Skills for Business Intelligence Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in computer science, math, or related science field.
- 5+ years of writing query languages using SQL Server management studio with T-SQL.
- 5 years of experience working on Business Intelligence development tools SSIS.
- 3 to 5 years of knowledge of Data Analysis in Production, Development and Staging Environments.
- 3+ years of experience working on dashboard development in Tableau and PowerBI.
- Expert knowledge using source control tools (TFS, Visual Source Safe).
