We are leading a confidential search for a Chief Physician Advisor, Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle Performance Improvement. This is an on-site role located on the coast of New Jersey. Our client is a billion-dollar, multi-hospital, clinically integrated healthcare system. This Chief will report to the Corporate VP of Finance (CRO) and have responsibility for partnering with the CMO, Medical Directors, and physicians across the enterprise to drive workflow, improve utilization management, improve clinical documentation, interact with payers to decrease denials; monitor, measure, and take corrective actions for denials, DRG down grades and complexity status. You will maintain criteria and supporting documentation as well as mediate with payers.
