You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, EHS professionals, and maintenance teams to enhance safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. * Duties and Essential Job Functions:* * Design and facilitate EHS training programs tailored to maintenance and reliability teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies. * Develop learning objectives, instructional materials, and training aids to support training initiatives within the designated facility. * Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences. * Deliver training sessions through various formats, including classroom-based, hands-on workshops, virtual sessions, and webinars. * Provide guidance and coaching to maintenance and reliability teams on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices. * Collaborate with EHS leaders and maintenance managers to identify training gaps and develop targeted learning solutions. * Support the implementation of EHS programs and initiatives to promote a culture of safety and compliance across the organization. * Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Chemical processing field or 3 years’ as a Learning Facilitator, Training Coordinator, or similar role in a chemical manufacturing environment. * In-depth knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA). * Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
