Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking an experienced EHS Regional Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving safety culture across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Training Delivery: Deliver DCI's Confined Space Entry training program for your assigned region, providing EHS training across your region, and adapting and customizing training materials to meet the specific needs of each site.
- Program Development & Compliance: Ensure training content remains up-to-date with the latest regulations and industry best practices, collaborating with the EHS team to identify gaps in training and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Auditing & Evaluation: Assist with regular audits to ensure compliance with EHS protocols, evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments and feedback, and maintain detailed records of training sessions.
- Safety Leadership & Culture: Act as a safety advocate and role model, promoting a strong safety culture across the region, and supporting the development of proactive safety initiatives.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EHS roles with a focus on delivering training programs, at least 3 years of experience specifically in Confined Space Entry training, and proven experience in training delivery in a variety of EHS subjects.
- Certifications: Confined Space Entry Trainer certification (preferred) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar EHS certifications are highly desirable.
- Skills & Knowledge: Deep understanding of OSHA standards, particularly 29 CFR 1910.146 (Confined Space) and other relevant EHS regulations, strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systems (LMS) or other training platforms.
