Technical Support Specialist

Pay: $22 per hour

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for systems within the organization. Reporting to the IT Manager, responsibilities include workstation and printer installation and maintenance, administering local servers, monitoring network and hardware performance, and conducting backups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with staff on systems-related issues
  • Proactively monitor and administer network and security systems
  • Assemble, install, and repair computers and related equipment
  • Train employees on system usage and compliance
  • Assist corporate IT on projects and support issues

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in IT or related field
  • Strong knowledge of O365, Microsoft Office, network technologies, and audio/visual support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand or sit for long periods
