  • Assist attorneys in preparing litigation cases related to credit card payment delinquency.

  • Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and support trial preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders regarding case updates and proceedings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a paralegal or legal secretary, particularly in litigation support.
  • Proficiency in handling discovery processes and legal documentation.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with civil suits, legal proceedings, and court protocols.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
  • Background in financial services or banking is preferred, although not mandatory.
