The Office Services Representative will be an integral part of our Office Services team to assist with special projects and special events. This person will have a friendly and easy-going personality to interact with visitors and staff while also being able to handle multiple duties throughout the day.

Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:
  • Stock kitchenettes with food, snacks, and beverages daily.
  • Refill cold brew coffee machines in the Corporate Support Center and the Training Center on a regular basis.
  • Participate in the special events committee, including Summer Party, Halloween & the Holiday Party
  • Assist with set up, catering, and cleanup of meetings as needed.
  • Provide backup coverage for the front desk telephones.
  • Assist with mail, packages, general stocking, and UPS as additional backup coverage.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

  • Be resourceful by finding solutions to assist staff, guests, and vendors when the answer is unknown.
  • Ability to work on a regular schedule in the office.
