This position will work directly with our expanding district locations and support our current district locations with equipment, parts, and purchase order numbers upon request. The position requires interaction with our order management representative, purchasing coordinator, regional/district managers, district tool supervisors, inventory coordinator/specialists, and district administrators
Adheres to both RPC and Thru Tubing Solutions policies and procedures.

Adheres to both industry and company safety policies.

Maintains personal safety training at 90% with a goal of 100%.

Loads and building all assets into RTMS.

Follows through on each request.

Works with order management department to meet operational request.

Works with purchasing coordinator to meet operational request.

Works with inventory control department to meet operational request.

Maintains Asset records in RTMS and files.

Ensures proper asset transactions occur.

Oversees and log all Project and CER asset purchases.

Requests project numbers as needed.

Assists in finalization of purchase orders for asset equipment.

Creates and maintains asset log for each district.

Assigns all district asset numbers.

Meets all required deadlines.

Other duties as assigned.
