Job Description:

Information Technology (IT) Project Analyst will support the planning, execution, and management of various projects, ensuring they align with M26/Intelligence Enterprise Management Office (IEMO) goals and requirements. This role involves analyzing project data, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing insights to drive project success.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment and adherence to project timelines.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure all parties are informed of project status, changes, and key decisions.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and security protocols.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.

  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in project management.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project analysis, project management, or a related field

  • Proven experience working on projects within a high-security environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified associate in project management (CAPM) is preferred.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or 5 years of related field work

Physical and Environmental Conditions :

Requires Sitting (66%), Standing (15%), Walking (15%), Near Acuity (100%), Speaking (100%), Listening (100%), Sight (100%), Use of fingers and hands (100%)

Travel 5% CONUS.
