About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced brand marketer who is passionate about food and beverage categories and is excited by the opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding Kerry's branded portfolio in foodservice. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the ABM will work collaboratively within the marketing function as well as with Sales, Commercial Effectiveness, Commercialization, R&D, Regulatory, Finance and internal agencies to deliver on business growth goals and reach financial targets. A key responsibility will be developing brand strategies and driving growth for Kerry's branded food portfolios across foodservice channels. The ideal candidate can work remotely but should reside within driving distance to Kerry's North America headquarters in Beloit, WI.

What would you do?

  • Developing and executing foodservice brand strategies and plans to deliver on business objectives.
  • Creating compelling brand positions and value propositions that set Kerry's food brands apart from the competitive set.
  • Working with commercial/sales counterparts to grow the food brands across key foodservice distributor partners.
  • Assisting with portfolio and product strategies with inputs from cross-functional teams.
  • Partnering with R&D on new product development and product optimization projects.
  • Maintaining in-depth understanding of the operator, category, competition, and trends, transforming insights into actionable opportunities to grow the food brands.

What will you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing; master's degree in a related field of study preferred.
  • 2+ years brand marketing experience in CPG and/or foodservice
  • Understanding of broadline foodservice distribution and non-commercial channels is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior business leaders
  • Ability to manage concurrent project streams, with a track record of getting things done at a high level of quality.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to create go-to-market plans, including launch sell in stories.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time required.
  • Must be within driving distance to the Kerry Beloit Center, WI.


Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $73,758 to $108,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
