Job Title: Parts Sales Representative

Location: Saco, Maine

Job Description:

Salary: Minimum $28 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle parts order requests via telephone, e-mail, or in-person.
  • Utilize manufacturer and vendor catalogs to locate parts for customers, internal and external.
  • Advise customers on related parts.
  • Follow up on backordered parts, and contact customer with status.
  • Ensure that inventory control practices are followed.
  • Communicate with Parts Manager on inventory issues.
  • Communicate with Service Department regarding parts availability and pricing.
  • Provide solutions for the needs of our customers.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.
