Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The Route Sales Delivery Driver is responsible for providing premium customer service within a designated territory, accelerating growth and revenue, and working safely. This role is highly interactive, with a strong sales and service focus, and requires the ability to safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).

Sign On Bonus: $5,000.00 payable after 90 days of employment

Reporting Location: Saco, ME

Compensation: $20.75 / hour, uncapped commission & customer tips Sign on Bonus paid out after the first 90 days of employment

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Start Time: Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completed

Skills Required:

Safety Focus: Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices, and complete DOT required documentation on a daily basis

Service Orientation: Be courteous, outgoing, and always maintain a professional image

Selling Skills: Use a business owner's mindset to drive growth, identify and open new accounts, particularly in the UDS (up-and-down-the-street) channel, including convenience stores, small independent groceries, bodegas, etc.

Qualifications:

Requirements/Qualifications: Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions)

Additional Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills, ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather

Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation

Work Environment: Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times, ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day, with or without a reasonable accommodation
