Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, dusting and washing windows, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that products are accurately stocked and displayed, and that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Merchandising: Monitor and maintain product displays, ensuring that they are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
