Job Title: Volkswagen Parts Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Volkswagen Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Jack Volkswagen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when purchasing Volkswagen parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Parts Sales: Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring that all customers receive accurate and timely information about the parts they need.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing high-level service to both internal and external customers.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock, notifying the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
  • Estimate Review: Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
  • Payment Processing: Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior Volkswagen or Audi auto parts sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and time management skills, ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents, and ability to calculate figures/amounts.
  • License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
