Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Residential HVAC sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 2+ years of experience training and coaching sales teams. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards. Licenses and Certifications: A current and valid driver's license is required.
