Human Resources ClerkOverview:
The Human Resources Clerk supports the Human Resources Department, working collaboratively with HR team members in Employee Records, Onboarding, Recruitment and Benefits as assigned.
* Maintains and updates employee files, properly storing documents in an efficient manner.
* Reviews records and documents for accuracy.
* Supports onboarding activities and processing of hire documents.
* Supports recruitment activities as assigned.
* Supports benefits activities as assigned.
* Communicates clearly, both in writing and orally, with others.
* Maintains absolute confidentiality of employee and organizational information and documents.
* Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies as assigned.
* Receives and distributes incoming department mail.
* Uses office equipment efficiently.
* There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Two (2) years of administrative office support experience, HR experience preferred.
* Must be able to work well in a team environment, working in a collaborative, friendly manner.
* Must demonstrate work that is organized, accurate and thorough.
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision.
