The Patients Services Representative position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our dedicated team at Oregon Reproductive Medicine in Portland OR. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule. Travel rotation is required to our satellite office located in Tigard, OR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage individual patient care at the front desk.
  • Handle multi-line phones.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Medical records processing
  • Working closely with clinical staff
  • Scheduling within an electronic scheduling system
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical front office and/or clinical administration setting is strongly preferred
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred, but not required
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook preferred
  • Experience with HIPAA preferred


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$17 - $21 Hourly

The hourly range for this position is between $17 and $21 per hour. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance. Other benefits include generous paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and a retirement savings program. Further details regarding salary and benefits will be provided during the interview process.
