NW Mechanical, a well-established expert hydronic and HVAC company, is searching for a Residential HVAC Sales | Home Solutions Advisor.
Position Summary - Residential HVAC Sales | Home Solutions Advisor:
Qualify sales leads and schedule “in-home” consultations to review HVAC needs and propose solutions. Close sales and acquire new long-term clients for the company's products and services in the greater Seattle / Eastside territory. Professionally represent the company at all times using a consultative sales approach that solve the customer's issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales. Coordinate with installation teams with regards to scope of work and customer expectations to set the projects up for success. Integrity, honesty, and genuine caring for our clients are key attributes required of our team members
Pay: Base plus commission- Potential to make $150K + a year

- Sick Leave- 1 hour for every 40 hours worked
- Vacation - Full-time employees: 1-2 years of service will receive 10 days of PTO, 3-4 years of service will receive 15 days of PTO and 5+ years of service will receive 20 days of PTO. PTO is earned per work week. 1-2 years of service accrue at 1.53 hours per week, 3-4 years of service accrue at 2.31 hours per week and 5+ years of service accrue at 3.08 hours per week
