Position Overview:

As an intern in the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Assist in conducting inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Aid in identifying and documenting quality issues or non-conformances, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment and tools.
  • Assist in performing root cause analysis for quality issues and participate in problem-solving activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive process improvements.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, and procedures.
  • Support internal audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in training employees on quality procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
