Program Management Analyst, Journeyman

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman at Patuxent River, MD.The Program Analystwill be responsible and accountable to the PMA Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Manager (DPM), and Operations Officer, ensuring cross collaboration between leadership and the broader workforce. The Program Analyst, Journeyman will be responsible for, but not limited to the following requirements: Essential Job Duties: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs Management, technical or business case analysis. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data related to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Tracks and maintains program status and documentation utilizing the NAVAIR AMS Suite of tools. Provide daily support to Operations Officer as well as the PM and DPM as needed. Support includes but is not limited to: Take meeting minutes for various meetings as needed. Coordinate scheduling of facility conference rooms. Coordinates front office schedules and arrange for staff members to represent organization at conferences and meetings. Answering and disseminating telephone calls. Resolve and refer a range of administrative problems and inquiries. Track onboarding/departing personnel. Support travel requests and travel claims for the Operations Officer, PM and DPM. Knowledgeable of regulations for Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). Tracking Military travel for input to PERSTEMPO. Format, process, and maintain record of all Program Office correspondence. Have knowledge of DoD regulations for all correspondence. Manage workflow on routed documents to maintain schedule/due dates. Managing data calls/ external taskers and action deadlines within PMA. Knowledge and ability to maintain standing meetings/operational tempo, able to set up and run meetings (in person and via MS Teams). Knowledge of managing teams channels. Create Post, updates, channel creations, and manage the permissions. Manage Action Tasker for Ops on teams, able to enter tasking, and tracking due dates as well as sending out tasks to appropriate teams for input. Experience Requirements: Journeyman: A minimum of four (4) years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description. A minimum of four (4) years of experience within NAVAIR, preferably HQ or program office (required). Two (2) years of experience or proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Working knowledge of BASICII. Working knowledge of Defense Information System for Security (DISS). Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to interface with all levels of management. Ability to work well independently or in a team setting. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Excellent organization and ability to multitask. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills. Proven ability to organize and manage through the delegation of appropriate responsibilities and commensurate authority to key subordinates. Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree. Allowable substitution: An AS or AA degree and an additional two (2) years of experience. Four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree. Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to pass a National Industrial Security Program (NISP) background investigation.
