Position: Logistics Analyst (Journeyman) - Configuration Management

About Us:
ITC Defense is seeking a skilled Logistics Analyst Journeyman to provide support to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in managing international logistics for the CH-53K Israel Program. This role emphasizes the importance of Configuration Management, requiring a comprehensive understanding of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements throughout the lifecycle of international programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) assessments and evaluations for various international initiatives, demonstrating strong analytical skills and technical expertise.
  • Develop innovative strategies to meet program requirements in international logistics, fostering cooperative support arrangements with U.S. security assistance partners.
  • Offer technical guidance and insights on international programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review contracts and manage project cost accounting.
  • Assist FMS Case Managers and Program Managers in analyzing complex technical and program management challenges, providing innovative solutions.
  • Support new business acquisition and FMS case development, implementation, and follow-on support activities.
  • Provide analytical support and monitor program/project status and schedules.
  • Organize and interpret data related to aircraft and product programs.
  • Maintain configuration control of acquisition products and data.
  • Track configuration changes and coordinate the development of Engineering Change Proposals.
  • Implement government processes for documentation and change control management.
  • Oversee ECP planning and evaluation conferences and CCB action meetings.
  • Assist in negotiating and implementing engineering changes for FMS.
  • Manage configuration management processes throughout the program lifecycle, including hardware, software, and documentation baselining.
  • Conduct data management processes, including management of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
  • Plan and execute configuration management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in project management, version control, and database management.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Track corrective actions and evaluate progress to identify and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in Program Management Reviews and other significant program activities.
  • May supervise junior logistics personnel.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and over three (3) years of relevant experience in FMS, logistics, program management, or a related technical or business analysis field. Additional experience may substitute for a degree.
