Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is hiring for a new part-time role within the Rest and Recharge area as part of the Whole Health team. In this role, you will be the first impression of members and guests seeking to rest, recharge and down-regulate their nervous system in the Rest and Recharge area.

Front Desk Attendant (Rest & Recharge)

Bentonville, AR

Part-time role - 27 hours per week (mainly evening shifts)

As part of the front desk staff within Whole Health, your smile and calm attentiveness can help set the tone for their entire experience at the club that day. Your ability to confidently check people in and out, provide booking information for paid and free services, and support a team of Whole Health Specialists will be a valuable contribution to the Whole Health team. Your skill at navigating club software systems while staying focused on guests will make you a Rest and Recovery Master The attention you show members - an inquiry on how they enjoyed their workout, a friendly smile as you bid them goodbye - enhances their experience. This makes the Front Desk Team an integral part of our promise to deliver the very best member experience and motivate people to return and take care of their health. Evening shifts approx. 4-8PM. May work some weekend shifts too.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet and help members and guests as they enter Rest and Recharge.

  • Complete bookings for paid services such as massage, CryoChamber, Reformer Pilates, Whole Health Coaching, and more.

  • Assist members and guests with free services, such as Hydromassage, CryoBeds, compression, and other assigned department administration, processes, and related recordkeeping.

  • Efficiently respond to participant requests, comments, or concerns and bring issues to timely and appropriate resolution.

  • Educate participants on policies and procedures.

  • Assist with Opening and/or closing duties.

  • Participate in internal programs and special events.

  • Other duties as needed/assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • A passion for helping people live healthier lives. A team player mindset who works well with others and provides excellent customer service.

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • Basic computer skills (word, excel, outlook etc.) and working knowledge of a member management system, databases and tools. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

  • Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety& Health Institute required prior to start date.

  • Ideal applicants will have previous customer service experience.

Compensation: $15/hour. Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience.
