About Us:
Westmont Hospitality Group has a strong presence in the hospitality industry, managing properties across multiple states. Our facilities have undergone renovations and continue to improve the quality of both guest and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide all necessary services.
- Change and make beds, and replace soiled linens and towels.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents for various surfaces in compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk regarding room status and maintenance needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
- Perform self-inspections of rooms and accept feedback from management.
- Be willing to cross-train in other areas such as laundry or front desk operations.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Preferred 1 year of experience in hotel cleaning or a similar role.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
- Must maintain a professional appearance in the provided uniform.
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments.
- Capable of transitioning between tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Basic English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required.
