Unite Private Networks (UPN) is searching for a dynamic and experienced Procurement Coordinator.

Role Overview:

The Procurement Coordinator will oversee the financial administration of construction activities for all customer projects as well as maintenance projects that take place in their respective markets. They will ensure that all financial activity for the market is accounted for and will work closely with market Construction Managers and Operations Leadership in cost tracking, projecting, reporting, and analysis. The Procurement Coordinator will ensure that all contractor purchase orders, invoices and change orders are being performed and all company accounting standards are met or exceeded.

The Procurement Coordinator will plan, implement, and oversee projection meetings to ensure all projects are completed within the parameters set forth in the estimated CAPEX budget. The PC will be required to track inventory usage during the construction cycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience.
  • Must have prior professional experience with forecasting and/or projecting costs.
  • Must have strong Excel experience and knowledge.
  • Must have an associate degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of general accounting or related experience.
  • Must have strong administrative and organizational skills, along with attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess problems, research alternatives and pursue acceptable solutions while remaining within company guidelines.
  • Must be innovative, able to reset priorities, and use resources to meet the needs of the business.
  • Focus on superior customer service.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must exhibit honesty, integrity in all interactions.
  • Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good planning and organization skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • Some travel will be expected, both overnight and daily travel.
  • Excellent computer skills with strong emphasis on Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Acrobat.
