** Customer Service Representative- Inside Sales (Tesla Inventory Analyst)**

**Description**

**General Purpose:** To manage Tesla related inventory, order fulfillment and overall coordination with Tesla and other departments at S&S.

**Role qualifications**:

* High school graduate or GED equivalent

* Organizational skills

* Quick thinker

* Computer Savvy

* Mathematical skills

* Ability to work independently

* Ability to multi-task and shift priorities

* Ability to pass background and drug/ alcohol test

**Position responsibilities:**

* Utilize phone and email for inbound and outbound Tesla account management functions

* Monitor Tesla Inventory in S&S internal ERP system

* Communication with S&S Purchasing Department on low inventory items specific to the Tesla account.

* Abide by specific Tesla contract agreements

* Handle order cancellations and/or changes and communicate changes with all affected parties (internal & external)

* Work with S&S internal departments to resolve any Tesla related issues

* Perform other related duties as required

**Essential skills and experience:**

* Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills

* Ability to multi-task activities and shift priorities

**Nonessential skills and experience:**

* Inventory Management experience

**Reporting to this position:** No direct reports
