Essential Qualifications:

• CPR/AED certification is a plus.
• Previous sales experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
• Completion of all Retro University training is required.
Work Environment:
This position is based within the Retro Fitness facility, with varying shifts that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Reporting Structure:
The Front Desk Sales Associate reports directly to the Retro Fitness General Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check in members as they arrive.
• Address and resolve member concerns effectively.
• Drive membership sales and retention efforts.
• Follow up with potential members.
• Promote and sell in-house merchandise, including smoothies and fitness products.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all members and staff.
• Perform assigned tasks during downtime, including facility maintenance.
• Open and close the facility as scheduled.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Dress Code:
All Front Desk Sales Associates are required to wear the designated company uniform, which includes a staff shirt paired with khaki or black athletic pants. Proper footwear is mandatory, with sneakers being the only acceptable option.
Compensation:
• $11 per hour plus commissions and bonuses.
