Job Description:
Accountable for design, analysis, execution and/or ongoing sustainment support for a program initiative within the enterprise strategy and performance goals for one of the Customer Segments (i.e. Consumer and Consumer investments). Provides support to team leader and partners to drive execution and integrate delivery to ensure the customer view is at the forefront of decisions in the achievement of goals. Accountable for initiative support, coordination, robust analysis and communications.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will support the Centralized Consumer Investments organization to drive responsible growth through collaborative business partnerships. Primary responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to, an in depth analysis, executive level report creation, process design and partner integration. This understanding will be used to ensure alignment between priorities, strategic goals, and capacity in order to support the broader organization and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Expert Level SharePoint Management and Design including Form Solutions (InfoPath, DFFS etc), CSS, JavaScript, REST API, Business Connectivity Services and MS Access integration

Strong problem solving within independent working environment

Strong people skills and emotional intelligence

Strong PowerPoint skills

Expert level Excel skills

Self-starter able to work independently, with minimal oversight and guidance

Strong skills within Process Understanding and design

Strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and meet deadlines

Strong communication/presentation skills

Ability to lead through influence

Desired Qualifications:

Assocaite's Degree or equivalent work experience

Strong leadership abilities, communication and delegation skills

Expert level with Microsoft suite especially SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel

Understanding of SQL Statement Design

Experience with Alteryx and/or Tableau
