THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Seeking Aerospace and Defense Supplier Senior Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of related Aerospace parts sales experience. Seeking someone that is a truly self-motivated and independent sales professional. In this role you will be supporting two great companies under on parent company based in Southern California. Primary location is in the Seattle/Tacoma, WA and the other is in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Mission:
Leverage extensive industry experience to drive sustainable growth by developing new business opportunities and strategically acquiring new clients, focusing on revitalizing dormant customers, and strengthening existing partnerships.
Key Objectives:
- Objective 1: Add new business Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) business through targeted market analysis and engagement with potential clients in untapped sectors.
- Objective 2: Revitalize and engage with dormant customers and enhance relationships with existing partners by implementing customized engagement strategies and reviewing partnerships.
Outcomes:
- Outcome of Objective: A measurable increase in the company's revenue from newly added business, evidenced by the successful implementation of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) business.
- Outcome of Objective 2: Demonstrable improvement in customer re-engagement rates and strengthened partnerships, as reflected in increased sales or contract renewals with dormant customers and existing partners.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 5-10 + years of related Aerospace/Defense outside sales experience with parts/supplier distributer is a must.
- Experience using sales CRM a plus.
- Able to travel 50-60% of the time mostly locally and some out of state travel
- 5+ years of account management experience.
- Industry sales track record that can translate into this role.
