Overview:
  • Responsible for food production for patient and commercial meal service to on site and satellite facilities.
  • Responsible for purchasing and receiving of all food and non-food items for all cost centers.
  • Assures services meet all regulatory agency requirements.
  • Works collaboratively with the Clinical Manager to ensure that food served is nutritionally adequate.
  • Shares responsibility of fiscal performance.
  • Responsible for overall plant safety and sanitation and planning for future development and construction of plant upgrades.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Licensure: ServSafe Sanitation;Experience: AND specialized training in food and nutrition services.Certifications: Other: Preferred Education: Bachelors degree.
  • Preferred Experience: 5 years supervisory experience with 2 years' food service experience.
  • Preferred Certifications: Certified Dietary Manager or Registered and Licensed Dietitian
