Position Summary

Overview: Operates the Point of Sale system, assists the culinary team, prepares beverages, and maintains cleanliness in the coffee and cashier areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists in food preparation, including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, as well as catering orders.
  • Handles cashier duties using the POS system.
  • Performs general cleaning tasks, including waste disposal.
  • Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and serving.
  • Ensures cash accuracy with receipts and makes deposits at the end of each shift.
  • Manages inventory and restocks supplies and food items.
  • Sets up serving lines, ensuring food temperatures are monitored and recorded.
  • Serves both hot and cold food items to customers.
  • Prepares items for sale on a daily basis.
  • Maintains stocked refrigerators and follows first-in, first-out product rotation.
  • Records replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures daily.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
