Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and building trust and rapport with our patients while educating them on our life-saving alternative treatments. Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.
