Position Description:
We are currently seeking a Associate, Broker to join Foundry Commercial in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Associate, Broker is responsible for contributing to the profitability of the Industrial Brokerage team by providing research, marketing, administrative and analytical support for the team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Diligently pursue the required education and licensing requirements necessary to obtain your North Carolina Real Estate License
- Generally contribute to the profitability of the brokerage teams through the support of business development, research and transactional initiatives
- Assist brokerage teams on Special Projects, which will be vetted on a case-by-case basis by your direct reports and will have specified start and end dates
- Attend tours, meetings, and lease calls with brokerage teams
- Report directly to the Industrial Brokerage team
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office programs
- Superior customer service skills and orientation. Collaborative style needed. Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
- Sound troubleshooting skills and capacity to fully resolve problems
