Fraud Risk Manager

for Yokoy’s Visa cards you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to detect and prevent credit card fraud. You will coordinate activities around fraud prevention, fraud operations and authorization of our Card Program. You will work closely with various departments, including IT, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure comprehensive fraud prevention measures are in place. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying potential risks, analyzing fraud trends, and mitigating fraud losses while maintaining a positive customer experience. We are a product-driven company, and a visionary best-in-class product is the key for our customer’s success. Driving the Yokoy Card Program is crucial for our continuous growth. What you’ll do:

You will develop the overall fraud risk strategy for the Yokoy Card Program. You lead and coordinate all activities around fraud prevention and fraud operations for the Yokoy corporate card program. You define, implement and monitor risk policies and metrics to optimize authorization approval rates while minimizing fraud rates of our corporate card program. You work in close collaboration with the Yokoy product and engineering teams and our partners to implement adequate systems and tools that support these strategies. You provide reports and insights to stakeholders and partners. You support the operations team in fraud investigations and other ad-hoc inquiries and lead the chargeback process. ️ What you’ll need:

You have excellent knowledge of the payment authorization process via a global card network, such as Visa or Mastercard. You have previous experience in fraud prevention at a

credit card issuer , card network or card payment processor. You are an expert in fraud prevention policies and systems for credit card payments,

preferably corporate credit cards. You have excellent technical knowledge of instruments for strong customer authentication, payment authorization and fraud rates, such as 3D Secure, Transaction Risk Analysis, Risk Scoring Models, Rule Engines, etc. You have a strong background in working and using data, building and configuring analytical models and tools. Experience in fraud operations, such as dispute management and chargebacks is a plus. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. You are fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus. What you’ll get:
