Position Overview:
As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the risk management framework, ensuring that all operational, credit, and financial risks are effectively identified and mitigated.

Salary:
£80,000 per annum + pension, discretionary bonus, medical benefits.

Location:
West London.

Job Type:
Permanent.

Discipline:
Banking Operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the risk register and support the development of risk policies, procedures, and limits.
2. Assist in identifying and evaluating risks across various business areas, including Liquidity, Market, Operational, Business, Strategic, Pension obligation, Group, and Reputational Risks.
3. Conduct stress-testing and ILAAP reporting, while supporting the credit management function to minimize risks and enhance profitability.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management within a Banking or Financial Services context.
- Proven experience in reporting, analyzing, and implementing policies related to Operational, Market, and Credit risks.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with senior stakeholders on risk-related issues and improving risk control frameworks.
- Knowledge of liquidity risks, ICAAP & ILAAP reporting, and financial risk principles.
