We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing for our Bloomfield Hills community.Responsibilities:Identifies and anticipates prospective resident and family needs and objectives, recommends solutions, communicates with individuals involved in making sales decisions and pre-qualifies prospective residentsUpdates Management staff in daily Stand-Up meeting to go over top prospects and Move-Ins/Move outsAttends weekly one-on-one meeting with the Executive Director to keep up to date on any sales and marketing changesResponds to all customer requests for informationRecords and manages all inquiry and professional contact information in the CRM databaseAssist with developing and executing external business and community relations marketing planResearches and maintains ongoing knowledge and reporting of local market competitorsInteracts with all inquiries, whether provided through advertising, public relations, referral, or personal contact, and is responsible to turn those inquiries into residents of the community through the use of professional selling skillsKnows procedures for creating and tracking inquiries, keeping accurate records on all inquiries and potential residents in the CRM databaseMeets or exceeds predetermined monthly and annual sales goalsMeets or exceeds weekly activity targetsProvides leadership and motivation to the Sales and Marketing Manager and all other staff through training and positive reinforcementProvides technical input to advertisers and all other forms of media relations within the budgetOrders and maintains inventory of all Sales and Marketing collateral materials within the assigned budgetOrganizes and plans all internal and external Sales and Marketing events to promote the communityCollaborates with all other departments within the community to promote and maintain census developmentEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Communications or related field, or 5+ years of successful commensurate work experience requiredMinimum of two years' proven successful experience in Consultative Sales and/or Community Relations Marketing within a senior living community along with supervisory experience requiredBenefits:We offer a great benefits package including Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan, etc. Compensation:Cedarbrook offers a competitive salary and commission structure.
