As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and overseeing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue goals
- Lead the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities
- Manage key customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Drive product launches and promotional activities to boost sales performance
- Utilize technology sales expertise to leverage digital tools for marketing campaigns
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing teams to foster a high-performance culture
- Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, and customer service
- Strong background in outside sales, technology sales, leadership, negotiation, and sales management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving successful sales initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms
